Croatia Incoming was never meant to be just another destination management company. It grew from years spent on the ground, working with international travel partners and learning how travel in Croatia truly unfolds—not only how it looks on paper.

For me, travel has always been about people: their stories, their emotions and the quiet details that turn a well-planned journey into something meaningful.
Before founding Croatia Incoming, I spent more than a decade working in Croatia’s inbound travel industry, leading the Scandinavian market and collaborating closely with international travel partners. Those years taught me how much happens behind a program that guests experience as effortless. It may be the pacing of a day, a guide who immediately understands the group, a transfer arranged before anyone needs to ask or the decision to leave a little more time for a lunch that deserves not to be rushed.
