The Palace Hotel lies in the heart of the city, only a 10 minute walk from the central square, the old historical area and the Croatian National Theater. All the art galleries, museums, and other public institutions are in the immediate neighbourhood. Public transportation takes you from the tram station (trams 6 and 13), located immediately in front of the hotel entrance, to other parts of the city.
The Hotel Palace offers 123 rooms, 47 double rooms, 52 rooms with French beds, 19 single rooms, 3 suites and two semi-suites. All rooms are comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, mini bar and direct dial telephones.

Knowledgeable guests highly appreciate the small dishes - either cold or warm - as well as full menus. Strossmayer's entrees, main courses, desserts, fish, poultry or meat are well remembered by their intensive taste, aroma bouquet, visual aesthetics and cookery perfection. Our pastry shop, with its rich choice of sweet dishes - especially highly rated parfait cakes with fresh fruit - prepares the delicacies daily in small quantities to enable our guests to fully enjoy warm and cold beverages at our coffee shop or summer terrace. Strossmayer Restaurant has 110 seats and a hall to accommodate receptions, banquets and cocktail parties.
